All of our facilities are clean and provide a safe workplace. They are also orderly, so that efficiency can prevail. As a result, your manufacturing is handled with respect and care, thus ensuring the productive and economical manufacturing process of your product. Maquilaplex’s normal business hours are from 7:00a.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We extend these hours on an as need basis depending on the timing or critical nature of clients after hours shipments.

Maquilaplex possesses 6 tables up to 84” wide and are 30 yards long. The tables and “z” rails are equipped to support the volume and extra weight of the 500-pound rolls. Because of the high volume demands of our customers, all of the spreading machines are capable of utilizing up to 500-pound rolls. These 4 spreading machines are custom made and are adjustable to spread up to 80” wide material. Eastman cutting knives are used and are principally 12” high with several being dual speed. Our die capabilities offer 1 die cutter and 6 clicker presses that have an available capacity of approximately 88,000 yards per month on a single shift. The HOFFMON BROTHERS model CF756MB beam press has a cutting pad of 241/2”Wx70”L and the 5 EMHART model B swing arm clicker presses have pads of 191/2Wx391/2.
